Very unsatisfied with service and overall experience
Hi, ordered sunglasses and took over a month to be delivered. Delays along the way as didn't have correct prescription info even though went to one of their partners for eye check. Delivery tracking number didn't work for a number of days. Still haven't received the glasses even though they have been "out for delivery" for 4 days. No contact numbers so can't speak with anyone and reps responding via email just tell you to wait and offer no other help. Very unsatisfied. As an update, Smartbuy contacted me and offered a small discount to my purchase price given my experience which was much appreciated.
