Very customer friendly
Extremely easy and convenient to purchase my travel insurance policies and Covid 19 coverage. However, the website and app were not responding well when I attempted to cancel the Covid coverage or change its cover dates. Fortunately, on calling the customer team, Grace very efficiently assisted me to do the changes that I needed. Overall, what I wanted is handled very well by the FWD support team. Happy to use their service.
