the worse platform ever! i pay extra for the flexibility of cancellation and they told me they need to take 1 to 2 weeks to review my cancellation when the trip is just this week?!!!!!!!!! DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM! THIS IS JUST PURE SCAM!!!!!
