Your mistake but I had to fix.....
Due to carelessness of the staff at CDG, they gave me the wrong envelope( for returning the smartphone from another country ) and I had to go around Europe. So, 3 stars deducted for giving us the wrong envelope. And 1 star deducted for letting us walk so far to look for printing shop, in the country we first came, and pay for the replacement. . If we didn't follow your instruction, the smartphone will be delivered to wrong address and we have to be charged EUR200 for your mistake. Good grief (^^*) . Other than that mistake, I can give you 10 stars out of 5.
