Lack of communication is worrying
I have placed an order 28th April and paid for express delivery 6-10 days. Since ordering I've had no updates. I went on the Shop app as instructed to get tracking and there is no tracking number available. I have emailed to enquire where the order is and had no reply. Order number UKBS27086
