Been waiting since 5th December for my parcel, was asked to contact via customer service email but got no response, parcel came today, ordered 3 tops, only 1 in package, poor quality and too small, have emailed requesting a refund
Placed an order 5th Dec for xmas, still nothing, emailed for update and got a prompt reply saying it was been processed. As it is not going to be here in time for xmas I asked for the order to be cancelled and receive a refund. Suddenly no response. Panicking now I have been scammed having read some of the reviews. I have paid nearly £60 Update!!!!! Asked to respond to email following my review which I have done along with order number and still nothing!
