Cancelled my order and did not offer replacement
Bought a phone at a good price . They cancelled the ordered due to a ‘technical fault’ on the phone. So they are advertising refurbished phones without testing them first! They did not offer an alternative phone at same price even though they had many of the same spec and quality on their website. They admitted they could have done this but as they had refunded me so it was too late. So basically ‘tough’ . They have now increased the price of the phone on their website. Unfortunately they are not to be trusted and if they think they can make more money they will cancel your order. I was not born yesterday!!!
