Poor ordering and shipping process
I ordered a set of wheels that were supposed to ship from the CA warehouse. Imagine my surprise that 2 days after ordering, I see it is being shipped from China. I purposely did not want to place an order that had to ship from China as I know how long those shipments take. ICAN could have at least asked me if I still wanted it if they didn't have any stock in the US warehouse. I contacted them and they must think I'm an id1ot as they told me the shipping time from China was the same as from the US. Well, it's now been over two weeks since I place the order and I still have not received m wheels. Their tracking doesn't even show it as having arrived in the US as yet. I will never order anything else from them.
