Recent personal experience
My review is from a recent personal experience. My daughters car was broke down in New Jersey at a Jeep Dealership and I needed to get it shipped back to SC, I looked at several companies and based on reviews it appeared this company was a good one. I reached out and we discussed the situation and was told the cost would be $375 total door to door services (still have text messages). I agreed. There was a $75 deposit to reserve the spot, no problem. Balance on delivery. I provided pickup and delivery address along with contacts at both locations. He sent me the order to book online and i provided my electronic signature and received the invoice back, all good. The day of the pickup, I get a text message from the broker that the order has been sent to the transporter with my consent for a total of $770 of which $75 I had already paid? What about the $375 that you quoted me at the start? Well that was only an estimate but that was not what you said. Youi should have read the contract before you signed it. Very misleading, sneaky. Arguing back and forth, he stated that the driver was pushing for the extra money due to the distance but he got him down to $695 but that was it.I had to make a choice and the car had to be out of the dealer lot that day. So I agreed to the $695. Whe the driver arrived, I had my daughter let me speak with him, very polite and said he would make sure he got the car back to SC by the agreed upon time but the company was who was making a killing that he wasnt the one demanding the money that he was only getting $500 for the trip, company was getting the rest. So another lie. So beware of this company if you deal with them and make sure you read every work of the contract before signing anything. The person I dealt with was Harris Wilson
