SOLVED! *Update to thread of complaint reviews…
*Update to thread of complaint reviews previously, with report of DJI coming through and rectifying the problem with great satisfaction.
Context; following a week or 2 of consistent back and forth via multiple communication channels/reps, lots of details being shared and clarified for accuracy and background, finally, after a lot of this back and forth, DJI offered to service the drone at no charge, which I was quite pleased with, for their diligence in addressing this (finally, it did take a long time, a lot of effort to communicate with multiple reps via multiple channels, and eventually it took one specific person via email who seemingly had more authority than others I was in communications with, and he/she took actions to rectify the issue, with no more excuses nor going around in circles like what I was dealing with up until speaking to this person). Then, once i contacted the service provider in the country i reside in, i was actually offered a complete replacement drone to help resolve the issue a lot faster. That was great, I am very thankful, and very appreciative, and truly commend DJI for finally offering to resolve the issue. However, it would be really great if the process could be somewhat 'easier' or more 'straightforward' for those of us who don't live in geographies/territories/countries where we have local access to flagship DJI stores + service centers, which makes troubleshooting a lot more complicated, and these are situations where it would help a lot if more representatives/support staff on DJI's end were able to give better answers, listen better, offer solutions, without immediately responding with the very common 2 answers, being; 1) update all your firmware (this causes more problems for many of us), and/or 2) bring it to service center.
Having said that, again, although the process was quite difficult, it was great of DJI to rectify the problem and offer an excellent solution, in a very timely manner once a decision was made. So thank you.

NOT legit, NOT what they 'claim themselves to be,' NOT based on 'teamwork, where they all look after each other,' NOT a place where the education ACTUALLY trains you enough to be a significant trader, and NOT legit live trade results either by their own educators and live trade call analysts who 'suggest trade ideas.' WHAT IT ACTUALLY IS, is their entire business model is 'hype $$$ and freedom to trick people into paying into EACH AND EVERYBODYS' downline aka 'pipeline' = THIS IS WHERE THEY ALL MAKE THEIR REAL MONEY FROM. NOT from trading, NOT from helping each other. SO, if you're looking for a set-up structured way to lie to people under false pretexts, strictly for the goal of gaining a potentially full-time type salary from convincing many many many people progressively over and over again to JOIN THE IM ACADEMY, without any regard to the fact that you are tricking people into spending their hard earned money so YOU CAN MAKE YOUR COMMISSIONS, then this is a great business model = lie, lie, lie more, make false claims, lie again, convince everyone you know from friends, family, social media contacts, strangers, to "join im academy! change your life! make lots of money! fire your boss! we're all about teamwork! we all help each other!" (which are all lies, proven time and again by anybody who is a legit person who went through this experience. search google "im academy scam," and ALSO "IML" as they were previously called IML but got sued so much that they basically cheated the system and changed their company name altogether to continue to be able cheat, lie, and trick people into taking their money).
Conclusion = IM academy does NOT help you become a trader. Im academy is a glorified MLM scam that is run by groups of people who don't care about lying and taking peoples' money as long as they make money, so do the math, use your common sense, and imagine what type of people are running this company, which explains why ALL OF THEM talk so highly of themselves and IM academy. CUZ the only type of people that stick to the company and keep recruiting people into their academy, are what.... ? People who are ok with lying, using false claims, as long as they make money.
