Buy one, use it, feel the benefits...
The INDO Board balance trainer has been a huge part of healing an old low back injury for me. I waited to write the review after using my friends INDO Board once, noticed with the first 5 minute of use the benefits. Now that I have used it for nearly 1 month, I am a huge fan, this is great for those cold winter days to get a good workout in and stay in shape. Oh yeah, and it's very well constructed, haven't had a single issue build quality wise, this thing will hold up to years of daily use!
