Took an IQ test online, supposed to cost £0.99, didn't notice in the small print the clause about agreeing to a monthly subscription unless you opt out cost me over £100 before I realised. No chance of a refund for over 3 months of unused subscription. Moral of the story don't do online tests and check terms and conditions, before giving your card details. Dear lesson to learn at age 75. Further reached out to their customer support request a refund, after the response below only to receive immediate automated response, as basically there is no chance of getting a refund, legalised robbery in view.
