massive shipping delays
I'm a customer of CJ since 2021. There were ups and downs but overall I've been quite satisfied with CJ. Since Christmas 2024, the service has deteriorated so much. My orders get shipped with massive delay. Sometimes up to 1 month until a package is shipped out. They never keep the shipping times stated on the listing page. I get into very awkward customer service moments. How do you explain dispatch delays of up to 1 month? You can't. I've brought this issue up with my agent multiple times, but it's not getting fixed. I also have open disputes about damaged items. They used to compensate. Now they don't want to compensate anymore... I just get excuses over excuses. I've spent more than 70k USD with them in 4 years. But I don't think I will spend anymore here. My business is getting worse reviews every day due to late shipping. It's such a shame really.
