Great customer service
I ordered a pickle ball net bundle set but only received 2 of the 3 items, the third being returned to the sender because of damage in transit. After contacting customer service I worked with Winnie to get the replacement. A replacement was again damaged during shipping and had to be reissued again. Winnie was apologetic, polite, professional and effective in each phase of this process. She even shifted the item to a different sender to avoid any further problems. She made the difference in the situation.
