order never arrived
ordered a personalised car key chain, over a week in advance thinking this is enough time for my order. it hasn't been shipped, tracking hasn't updated, absolutely no contact from customer support have tried to email them numerous times to either expedite shipping or cancel my order but i fear they are purposely avoiding answering me so that they don't lose out on their money. thought i could trust this website based on other reviews but quite clearly cannot, be very weary when ordering from them.
