Placed a mothers day gift for my partner and they delivered an empty box. I chased for 3 days with no responses ended up reffering to Paypal to help me get a refund. They are a useless business with horrible customer service.even their page has no actual Contact number..just facebook page details which they also ignore when you message. Worst Customer service experience ever. Still waiting for my refund as we speak. Utterly disgusted by their service Never again!!!.
