Still no response
I wrote the following review last week and got a reply from Sopula asking for the order number. I replied and sent a follow up email and still NO RESPONSE. Sopula says they want to investigate and are committed to excellent customer service but their inaction speaks louder than their response: Previous review and response: Poor quality, poor sizing and yes, they did respond to my email about a return and said it would take time, then NOTHING. No return/exchange process to speak of. The order took so long I thought I was scammed. There are too many online clothing merchants than to bother with Sopula.
