If I could give JJ’s House 0/5 I would. I feel they have literally stolen €205.75 from me and I have nothing to show for it. I tried to buy 4 bridesmaids dresses for my February wedding on JJ’s House. The dresses were €112 each, which was fine, but the delivery fee was €85… On first order, I ordered the try on dresses they offer and bought one as it fit perfectly and sent back the others to order proper sizes. Paid the value of the dresses plus €85 only to find that these three dresses were a completely different colour to the try on dress despite being advertised as the same shade. Requested an exchange only to be told I had to pay the €85 for delivery again. I was angry but decided to go with JJ’s house again as I liked the dress. When this second order arrived, the dresses were TINY. I cannot stress enough how tiny they were. Had to send them all back again. I was then told I would have to pay another €85 to get more dresses delivered again PLUS €29 as a postal refund fee. I spent €557.83 on this site and have only been refunded €352.08… I feel they have legitimately robbed €205.75 from me. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
