Last night I booking flight via Cheapticket.co.th. Everything normally until finish payment. Money debit via Master Card already, but not have any confirm email from Cheaptickets. it shown 1.01 components.checkoutSummary.paymentResponseStatusCode.description-1.01 Then I send email to customer service, they reply to me in the morning that my booking is fail and they refund my payment already, but It's take around 5-10days for proceed. So, for everyone that booking via Cheapticket.co.th and got a message like me. Please understand that your booking is fail, so you can booking again via other way. They will refund to you, dont worry about it. For Cheapticket.co.th, I think you should have 24hrs call center service. It will make more confident for your future customers.
