We were very pleased with our visit to Russia arranged by Firebird Tours....they allowed us to tailor our program to our explicit interests and the guides they chose for us in the two cities were exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. Firebird also ensured that our river cruise was comfortable and, again, guides were exceptionally helpful. Our accommodation in Moscow and St Petersburg was excellent and we always felt that a Firebird representative was at the end of our phone or email if we encountered any difficulty.
