Had a problem with a refund not showing…
Had a problem with a refund not showing up back on my prepaid Visa card. Initial transaction was made via PayPal. Contacted Steinberg, FastSpring and my bank. PayPal was next but didn't have to bother them. The explanation from my bank solved those mysterious Refund Arrived Too Early/Refund To Null info on PayPal website. Bought on June 18, got refund on June 19; my prepaid card was still processing the payment when the refund was sent. Now July 4 and the funds are back on my card. It happened automatically and the payment just vanished from my prepaid card's list of transactions. Got excellent customer support from both Steinberg/FastSpring and my bank, and none of them was faulty. Now I know better about how to handle such a situation if it presents itself again in the future :)
