Poor customer experience
UPDATE: Thank you Ayurveda my product finally arrived this evening 11th December. I am so pleased to receive it but such a pity I had to complain on Trustpilot in order to get it! I ordered and paid for Ayurveda Yauvari youth Spring on 26th November. I didn’t even receive a confirmation email for the order. My account says the order is still unfulfilled. They seem to be very disorganised. I emailed customer care on 2nd December who claimed they were busy because of Black Friday sales(despite the product being ordered before Black Friday) but that they’d processed the order but it hadn’t been dispatched yet. Well, they still haven’t dispatched it on 9th December and I am fed up with waiting. They don’t miss a chance to keep spamming my WhatsApp account with details of their other products though which just puts salt in the wound. If I don’t receive my product by next Monday I will be asking for a refund - let’s see how quick they are with that! I’ll let you know.
