I found this company on line and saw the great reviews on Trustpilot so decided to try ordering 2 replacement watchbands for my Cartier. Customer service was very quick to respond (understanding the time difference) and extremely helpful, giving me confidence in their work. The bands arrived exactly as ordered in lovely boxes with hardware needed to change out my old one. Very happy!
