Total scam
Total scam. They create an email box that you don’t have access to and put it on the passport application. Their customer service reps don’t even know where they are expecting you to send your passport. Watch out. That response doesn’t even answer any questions, which is consistent with their deceptive business model. How is it possible to get two immediate responses to an online review and ZERO responses to my calls and online submissions to customer service? Message on call line says everything is reviewed within 1-3 business days and I still don’t have an update 5 business days later.
