Disgracefully Customer Service
Terrible just terrible! I ordered four pants from this company, 3 came in complete different sizes that what I ordered and 1 came with a broken zipper but correctly sized. I politely communicated with them asking for a refund or for them to send me new pants as this was their fault not mine. They continued to take days to respond and deny responsibility offering me small refunds rather than the true full refund they should be giving me because as previously said this was their fault. Atrocious customer service I am appalled. They would constantly promise to contact us within 24 hours, 48 hours etc... but never actually contact us until we would have to reach out for a 3rd and 4th time. Disgusting. I have never been treated so terribly by customer service like this in my life! They are a branch of light in the box and ouko DO NOT BUY, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
