Not for everyone (Coffee is great but machine is not))
I only bought iperspresso capsules from them and its overall all fine. The website is a bit clunky, the price is not necessarily cheaper than buying from other channels and there are faster delivery times elsewhere but I had a monthly subscription which worked great for me (so none of the downsides above were an issue). In regards to the coffee machine, I have 2 iperspresso machines which I didnt order from Illy directly, one compact sized and one of the bigger ones retro style with steamer. I never had an issue with them and I use it once to twice per day for the last 4 years. You can tell its not the best built quality machines out there and ,again, a bit clunky, but I buy Illy due to it being the best coffee in the world so the trade of pays off for me. Overall, I dont think they have a strong B2C strategy and their capsules machines are only worth it if you are in it for their coffee taste alone hence the 3 stars.
