It is honestly unbelievable that such a terrible program even exists. Sending templates is a nightmare — you have to search for the country prefix by the domestic country name, which makes absolutely no sense and wastes time. Customer support is practically non-existent. It takes them days to respond, and when they do, the answers are often completely off-topic and unhelpful. On top of all that, pricing is extremely non-transparent and ends up being much higher than advertised. They have promissed me i WILL have an onboarding. Never happened. I have been promissed to be able to connect with make.com. Not possible. I have been promissed I will have carrousel image template messages. Also not possible... Lying scam company, asked money up front and then simply disapeared. Overall, this is one of the most frustrating and disappointing software experiences I’ve had. Avoid.
