I was so happy with my purse from Amerii. I used it about 10 times. I got compliments on it every time I carried it and told everyone where to buy one. Then the snap broke. Amerii told me sorry if it's an inconvenience we are not going to do anything. Inconvience? The product was defective and that is all they said. A quality company would not say sorry not our problem after a snap breaks so quickly. UPDATE: Amerii's answer to my problem, after I was told several times sorry for the inconvience, was for me to purchase another purse at a slightly discounted rate. That was only after reviewing them on their instagram post and having it removed.
