Great Products, But Customer Support Needs Improvement
I really love the quality of the keyboards and accessories from QuertyKeys — the design, feel, and performance of the products are excellent and honestly stand out in this price range. The build quality is solid, and the overall experience of using the gear has been great. However, I did have a frustrating experience with customer support. When I reached out with questions, the responses felt unfriendly and not very helpful, which was disappointing. I’d love to see improvements here because the products deserve support that’s just as good. Overall, I’m happy with what I bought and would recommend QuertyKeys for the hardware alone — I just hope they work on making their customer service more approachable and responsive in the future.
