I first reviewed Rosegal as not being reliable since their delivery was so slow, they have given a full refund and if the items arrived they were mine as a "gift". I received the partial order as to where the rest of it is, no on knows. My local post office never received it but the tracking states it was delivered to a town not even close... makes ya wonder. I will give the company another try to see if they can actually deliver.
Placed an order a month ago in which I was hoping to have by the holidays, Christmas Eve and still nothing! when I ordered nothing was stated on the website about delayed shipments I sent several messages to ask about my order and all I get is the run around. I even requested a refund since it was not here in a timely manner but nothing.Their response is "wait 5 days for the update on shipping, it's been 20 days and still no update! BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE THIEVES! They will take your money and not deliver the product!
