Pay attention to details.
Contact lenses are always beautiful and comfortable to wear, however their customer service is lacking. I understand that there is a huge time difference when ordering from the US so my suggestion is to pay attention to your order details, return policies, shipping rates, etc closely before ordering. I did a lot of back and forth emailing to ultimately not have my issue resolved. There is a major lack of customer appreciation for returning customers.
