I bought two things from their webshop. - 3d printer - filament So, the issue is that they ignored the warehouse I chose to ship things from and sent the filament from the China one. As an outcome delivery took way longer as promoted and I had to pay import fees and taxes which were like half of the filament price. once I complained but there was zero reaction. STAY AWAY FROM creality3donline SHOP, THEIR SERVICE SUCKS.
