Schengen Visa Application
I contacted Avivavisa about applying for a schengen visa, after discussing everything they asked me to pay an 'extra' fee to get the visa faster. I made the payment on a weekend and called less than 1 hour later and asked to have the money refunded as I wanted to postpone travel plans. The person on the phone said to call Monday and they can sort out for me. When I requested the refund after several days I received a partial refund with 40 pounds deducted. When i contacted them to clarify why they charged me 40 pounds they said those were "bank charges", when i asked what charges amounted to 40 on a bank wire, they said it was for the "appointment" which I DID NOT RECEIVE YET. I would not use them again and would highly advise to take your money elsewhere or apply directly to the embassies yourselves as it will be less hassle and much more straight forward.
