Rubbish customer service
My partner bought me a ring from here as a placeholder for my engagement ring that was being designed. The ring itself was beautiful when I first received it. But just over 2 months later (so just out of warranty) the side stones started to go cloudy, and the claws started to catch on clothing. My partner contacted customer service. Who asked for photos. Then we received a reply saying the issue was down to slight differences in the photos compared to the actual product. This was not the case. Their offer was was a 20% refund or to buy something new and just pay for shipping. However the ring is now unwearable and we’re not prepared to buy something else to end up with the same issue. Shame really as I’ve bought lots in the past and only once had an issue that was eventually resolved. I will not be using the company again
