A mix of good and not so good.
DJI called me to ask me to give a review of my warranty repair service...Which was good. However, I asked the representative about problems I was having playing back video recorded at the high resolution settings. I explained I was using VLC as my media player, but was unable to play videos. After placing me on hold, he came back and said to use VLC media player??? I just mentioned that. The representative was difficult to understand as he spoke broken English. The end result, video playback problem was not solved. No help whatsoever. Please hire English speaking people who can understand simple English...Not that hard to do.
