I ordered train tickets for my china trip in November 2019 and Travel China Guide Tours was excellent. My tickets were all at my hotel when i arrived from Vancouver and i had no problems at all. The train system in China is amazing. Don't hesitate to use Travel China Guide Tours. Thanks Ian
