The hotline always has a long waiting time. Moreover, no Cantonese operator answer the call ever the language was choose as Cantonese. I made two bookings with the same airline, same flight date n time and same fare but the tax was different, it is hard to understand. Actually, the tax should be fixed, it should be the same in every single booking.
