Bought a sharper image suitcase
Bought a sharper image suitcase from TK Maxx for £60. I bought this given the well advertised warranty card, which states rigirous quality assuarnce tests have been conducted. One of the wheels came off during it's maiden trip. I contacted their customer service on return from holiday. Fair to say they were very quick to exonerate themselves from the warranty cover. I accepted this and then enquired about purchasing a spare wheel. Their follow up reply stated, "we don't manufacture spare parts for their range of suitcases". So now having to find a workaround, you honestly couldn't make it up. So please avoid purchasing from them! Total waste of money.
