Overcharged and too big
I ordered 2 bodysuits and the order came to just over £24. They finally arrived but despite using the size guide they were too big. My credit card bill showed a charge of £30.89 I emailed and was told this was an error and the exact amount would be refunded. They also asked what size bodysuits I wanted instead. Several weeks later, no refund and now they say they can't exchange 😡
