Customer Service is helpful and responsive
I ordered the sandwashed deep navy 2 pc pantsuit, which arrived in about 14 days. The two pieces did not match, so I wrote customer service. Within about 12 hrs I received an email and they pointed out there is a note on the page explaining the fabrics are different and this could happen. They offered 3 different options. I chose the one that fit my needs and I am very happy with the resolution. They were responsive to follow-up questions and helpful in resolving the issue in a timely manner. I would recommend the company, but maybe not that particular item.
