Some sort of error was made and I found myself "subscribed" to recieve more products which I really didnt want. I reached out to customer service, madder than a wet hen. I was fortunate enough that Emma got my email, and with great patience, communication and compassion straightened the entire mess out. Been a long time since I've experienced that kind of kindness. Phenomenal.
