Didn't Work for Me & Poor Customer Service
The product didn't work for the blackheads on my nose, which was why I made the purchase. I steamed my face, used the small nozzle as instructed. The tool does provide some suction so long as your face is damp. Just didn't work for my purpose. Reached out to Customer Service several times asking for return info. Have yet to get it from them as they are trying to get me to keep product which I think is poor business ethics and customer service. For this reason of not being straight forward and honoring the return policy, I'd caution doing business with them until they abide by better businesd practices. Below are conversations.
