Ordered items in October for Christmas gifts Never received due to their error Finally got a reply to offer me 10% refund - what an insult! They accepted it was their error & I am still awaiting my refund if over €167 This is fraud as far as I am concerned & I will keep pursuing to get my money back Christmas was ruined! Been nearly 3 months & still no reply from them to any of my emails If there was a minus 10 they would get that How are they still be allowed to run this company & keep fraudulently doing this?
