Don't do it!
Waste of time. I placed an order and after 10 days it was still "processing". I asked why it hadn't been shipped they said it would be sent out on the 22nd. That date rolled around and when I again questioned why the order was still "processing" they are now telling me they dont have it in stock. Only options they have given is to continue to wait or exchange it for something of equal value. I'm not about to get mucked around by them on another purchase. Nope, I'll take a full refund thanks. And whats worse is they still have the sweaters on the website and app for sale! UPDATE: have now received a full refund.
