Appalling customer support
This seems to be the new website from a company who had really bad reviews as zte.com for their phone. I purchased a MU5001second hand, and it came without a lead. I couldn't find the type of USB (1, 2 or 3) nor the maximum power for a car charger online so I wrote. to customer support. Their first reply (within 24 hours) was to ask me the IMEI number, my country of residence... and my nationality! I gave them the first 2 told them 3 would not contribute to the answer and therefore was irrelevant. Their reply was to contact the original seller. I find it incredible that they wasted time replying twice without actually providing an answer.
