Bad support experience
Ordered from them few times and it went well during the firsts orders. On my last order, there was a promotion published in one of the site headers. If you order above XXX you'll be entitled for 2 free gifts. I had no option in the checkout cart to take advantage of this offer, even though I was eligible. I thought to myself, I'll continue with the order and workout something with the support afterwards, that was a big mistake. Few couple of days I tried to explain them the problem and that I couldn't take advantage of the offering and I got nothing besides copy pasted text , the same one every single day providing me information completely unrelated to my query, which make me wonder if they even bothered to read the text. Bad and disappointing experience. I guess things go well, as long as you don't need to use their support.
