Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. My flight was heavily delayed, and I had to run with my luggage to catch the connecting flight operated by the same airline. Because of the delay, I lost the opportunity to claim my tax refund. The airline refused to change my flight or offer any compensation. They also refused four separate times to issue my tickets for the entire itinerary, even though it was booked as a single connecting journey. The only positive thing was the polite cabin crew. I would not recommend Juneyao Airlines.
