Came through in the end
Bought an expensive desk and after it finally arrived was upset that there were no I structures, wrong size screws provided and few scratches on undersurface. It was VERY securely packed which was a plus point but took 3 of us to dismantle the packaging. They promptly provided instructions and replied to emails. However, the drawer cabinet received was much smaller than advertised and after complaining I was advised I was offered a partial refund. It is worrying ordering from China and reading all the other reviews on here but they delivered at the end of the day, experience a little stressful.
