Durability remains a question mark but customer support is awesome!
After three months of ownership, my Chiller pump died. Though I'm a little concerned about long term durability, I must say that Nuvio's tech support and customer service has been excellent. I e-mailed tech support and received a same-day reply from A.R, who was extremely helpful with troubleshooting. After troubleshooting steps failed, he promptly ordered me a replacement pump, which I have received and now has me back up and running.
