Living the dream
It's been my dream for some time to transition to full time coaching/consulting. It is my absolute belief that EVERYONE needs a coach. While John Maxwell's reputation is indisputable, I confess having some reservations and skepticism. Not only was the conference extremely well run, just truly amazing accommodating over 3000 people - each of the presenters were world class. We now have a clear vision and plan for making our dream a reality. Sunday evening, my wife and I debated the decision to join mentorship. We didn't have a problem with the cost or value. Was it going to be too overwhelming? Was the timing right? Should we wait? Or is now the time? We decided to go all-in on Monday, make the investment now and start putting the time in.
